        The chairman of today's meeting took the seat. He started the meeting by greeting everyone present at the beginning of the meeting. The proceedings of the last meeting were read out at the beginning of the meeting and as there were no objections, it was approved by consensus.

 

        Then the President informed that, we have received an allocation of Rs. 30000 / - for the 2nd phase allocation under Kabita program. He further informed the meeting that 18 workers have been allotted under the job creation program for the extremely poor. Now we need to form a committee to manage the project in favor of the allocation.

        It was then discussed by the members present at the meeting and after detailed discussion the following decision was taken.
